How many times per week?

How many times a week should HYPOXI be done and how long are the sessions?

For optimal results, Hypoxi training should be done consistently 3 times per week. It is advisable to have them spread throughout the week, however this is not mandatory. Training sessions will range anywhere between 30-45 minutes based on the individual assessment you are given by your Hypoxi operator

What is HYPOXI?

HYPOXI uses innovative vacuum technology designed specifically to address problem areas such as hips, thighs, stomach and buttocks that accumulate stubborn fat deposits. HYPOXI has shown to significantly reduce cellulite and improve skin infirmity in the lower half of the body.

The key to HYPOXI’s success is the unique way in which it combines gentle exercise with advanced vacuum technology to achieve significant fat loss in men and women. In fact, trials in Europe have shown that users of HYPOXI can achieve up to three times greater circumference loss in targeted areas than that achieved with conventional exercise.

How does HYPOXI work?

The L250 (HYPOXI mahcine) operates similarly to a normal bicycle trainer, except that, the individual is covered by an egg shaped chamber from the hips down. The chamber's special feature is a vacuum system that creates low atmospheric pressure, while the rider is cycling throughout the treatment. This stimulates blood supply to the fatty tissue around the hip butt and thigh region, which traditionally, for pear shaped women, would have poor blood supply. The vacuum interval then allows the transport of the fat enriched blood to the muscles being exercised.

When it arrives the fatty acids are burnt off as fuel for movement. In this way 80% of the fat breakdown occurs in the lower half of the body.

Is HYPOXI dangerous?

No, the machine monitors your pulse rate to ensure that your heart rate is always below your maximum fat burning heart rate. This is normally between 100 and 135 beats per minute, depending on your age and physical condition.

Is HYPOXI painful?

No, it is completely non-invasive and pain free. The horizontal position also largely relieves the body from its weight, takes pressure off the joints and lowers the client's heart rate so that the gentle therapy can be at its most effective, an experience more liken to a spa therapy than a form of exercise.

What results can I expect?

Naturally, results are going to vary greatly between each individual. However as a guide, of a random sample of clients taken from a Sydney studio, not one individual lost a total cm loss of less than 20cm over 12 treatments. A clinical trial conducted on the effects of Hypoxi training concluded, that individuals using Hypoxi lost 3 times more circumference in the lower half of the body than those that carried out conventional exercise. That is, with Hypoxi training we can dictate/isolate where the majority of fat will be lost while exercising.

What are the benefits of HYPOXI?

  • Fat loss in the stomach, hip, buttock and thigh regions
  • Marked improvement in skin tone and texture
  • Increased fat metabolism
  • Improved circulation
  • Detoxification
  • Lymph drainage
  • Reduced appearance of cellulite
  • A feeling of rejuvenation

What should I wear for HYPOXI training?

Hypoxi training should be carried out wearing loose fitting tracksuit pants, a T-shirt and joggers.

What HYPOXI machine should I use?

If your problem area is your mid section, then the vacunaut is the machine that is most suitable. If it is your hips, thigh, or buttock area, Hypoxi’s treatment on the S120 or L250 will be suitable.

Vacunaut can help with the same holistic, natural and successful approach. Vacunaut is perfect for those clients who hold excess weight on their midriff creating an “apple” body

L250 and S120 is perfect for those wanting to lose in the lower half of their body.

In addition, the HDC is good for clients who want to reduce cellulite, have circulation problems or injury. If you have trouble cycling due to bad knees or back then the HDC machine might be the perfect choice.

How do I know if HYPOXI is right for me?

This treatment is best suited for candidates with poor circulation in the thigh, buttock and hip region. In order to determine if this is you, after 30 minutes of exercise (for example jogging or cycling) touch the skin around your legs, buttocks, hips, stomach and chest. If the skin on your upper body is warm, but your thighs and buttocks feel cold, then you are prone to the development of cellulite and fat build-up. This is because fat cannot be lost by way of normal training due to the poor blood supply in these areas.

How much does HYPOXI cost?

Hypoxi sessions cost approximately $69 per session. 12 session package may vary but generally it cost $599 for 12 sessions.
